Dr. Kent Rempel
Originally from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Dr. Kent’s journey into chiropractic began after an injury ended his collegiate athletic career at the University of Saskatchewan, where he played three years of football. Through chiropractic care, he not only recovered physically but also gained a new understanding of how powerful the nervous system is in supporting the body’s ability to heal and adapt. That experience sparked his passion for helping others reach their full potential through natural, neurologically based care.
Dr. Kent went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with advanced training in Sports Chiropractic. While his early focus centered on athletic performance and recovery, he soon recognized that the same principles that help athletes thrive apply to every stage of life—from newborns to parents and grandparents. This realization led him to expand his care to families, with a particular interest in supporting healthy nervous system development in children.
In practice, Dr. Kent provides individualized care plans that support the body’s ability to adapt to life’s physical, chemical, and emotional stressors. He utilizes Full Spine, Thompson, Activator, extremity adjusting, and Active Release Technique to deliver precise, effective, and gentle adjustments for every patient.
Outside the office, Dr. Kent continues to live an active lifestyle—competing in Ironman races, downhill skiing in the winter, and spending summers hiking, camping, and enjoying a cold beer on a sunny Okanagan patio. He’s passionate about helping families stay healthy, adaptable, and connected through all seasons of life.
